The original paint colour Shaker Beige, HC-45 was reading too “pinky” in my clients space so I chose to wrap all the walls and the crown moulding in Grant Beige HC-83 and painted out the tray ceiling into the rich Mink 2112-10. Painting out the ceiling added a punch of visual interest while still maintaining a neutral interior. Stone veneer and a new fireplace surround was added to the West wall. A semi-flush pendant is hung from the ceiling to make the space feel more intimate and all the furniture tones (golds, chocolates & ivory) were inspired from the gorgeous hand knotted wool rug below.
